Privacy Policy

This is a sample privacy policy for the Aster Health demonstration store. It shows how a store explains its privacy practices to patients. It is not legal advice and it is not the policy of a real business.

What we collect

When you use this store we may collect:

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
• Health information you choose to share, such as answers to a medical questionnaire or details about the medicines you take.
• Order and payment details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on this site.
• Basic information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit and the device you use.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, arrange a review by a licensed provider when a product needs one, ship your order, answer your questions, keep the site secure and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the licensed providers who review your care, the pharmacies that fill prescriptions, our payment and shipping partners, and the service providers who help us run the store. They may use it only to provide those services.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Some records must be kept for legal and safety reasons.
